unauthorized debit from checking acct
I went to this websight for the free triplrscore credit report, which I never received. They said there would only be a fee of $1.00. I canceled the account within 7 days. When I went to the bank I was informed that they had debited my account for $29.95 which cost me to have an overdraft, and now I will also have to get anew debit card account.

Rip off company
Dear Privacymatters.com I do not know who your company is our what "services" it performs. I never subscribed to your services and any information that your "company" has acquired about me was done so illegally. This is a demand that privacymattters.com; delete any and all information that it has acquired about me, refund any and all monies that it has extracted from my accounts over the past 3 years. Other than confirming compliance with these demands as written in this 10/12/08, do not release my private information to any parties. You will be hearing from my attorney

Unauthorized billing
I had an unauthorized charge appear on my checking account via my bank card from this company. I never signed up for anything, just accidentally clicked on a link from which I then could not back up, finally having to close the web browser. I remember thinking at the time, "That makes me nervous. I hope they didn't plant anything on my computer", but wasn't too worried because I have a lot of protection. Now I have a charge and I can only think that they somehow mined the information.
At any rate I didn't sign up for anything, but have been charged. Grrr...

Scam and cheating
I am absolutely outraged by this blatant theft of thousands of people. I just canceled my unknown debit of $40 a month via the telephone, with a very nice lady named "Laquisha" who already knew my name when I called... strange. Anyway I am just going to cross my fingers now and See if they stop taking my money.

Unauthorized charge
Signed up for what I thought was a free credit report. Immediately canceled when I realized they would charge me. Got cancellation number and they still charged my credit card $29.95.

Being charged $29.95 every month
The advertising says "Free Credit Report" then it says $29.95 to subscribe to monitoring our credit activity. No way would I have intentionally signed up for this if I had known it was an ongoing monthly charge. This whole problem is then doubled by being charged another $29.95 by PMidentity.com. All I wanted was to get my credit report[free- or so I thought]. Paying a 1 time fee of $29.95 for monitoring our credit activity was fine, but every month is NOT fine. I want this whole thing stopped immediately. And if you are an up-standing business and have any integrity you would refund all my charges for all but the first month. If I'm being rude, I apologize, but this has caused problems in my back account that has cost me even more money.

Signed me up for a service without authorization
In April I used Intellius to get the email of an old friend. Cost was $4.95. Neither of the emails was valid. Sent an email to the company and never got a reply. Then, I noticed that my card was being charged $19.95 for PM Identity protection services. Quite ironic! After seeing all of these other complaints, I would have to call it a scam. I called and was assured by a supervisor that a refund would go out in two business days. I am not going to be holding my breath. I am going to go to war if I do not get it!

Unauthorized charge
I KEEP GETTING BILLED BY THESE PEOPLE, I WANT IT TO STOP! THEY offered me this through freecreditreport and i didn't even know I was getting it, now they've taken a lot of $ from me even when i told them to stop and they agreed! HELP!!
