charged for coupons/never received
kept getting calls from this privacymatters123 about qualifying for receiving some kind of coupons for restaurants, gas, etc. and never received them however charged for $1.00 on the credit card. They called me again to except these coupons and i stated that i had already received a call from them and that i did not receive these so called coupons and demanded that they do not call and to issue credit of $1.00 to my account. its now one month and still not credited. i do not want this on my account.

I never logged into this site, nor have I ever ordered anything from them!! How they got my number is unknown to me!! Something
needs to be done about this!! They charged my account 79.80!!!

privacy matters
never signed up for this service and now they charged my bank accoutn $19.95 for services I never used. I have canceled the next day, let me see if it shows up next month

Credit report scam
I was billed $19.95 for supposedly a credit report service I DID NOT sign up for! I know that you can TRULY get free credit report services through www.annualcreditreport.com which I have been using for a few years now. These folks obviously prey on those that don't know any better. The odd thing is that I never fell for the "free credit report" that is prominently displayed with a simple Google search. I called the number (1-877-993-6264) and spoke to Maria. She said my credit card would be credited for the charge. Well, there was yet another fraudulent charge on this bill for an adult sex line, so Chase is now issuing me a new card, so obviously no credit will be applied. The Chase rep said to wait for my new card and then pay the bill - after the first Chase rep said I could just pay this one and subtract the two fraudulent charges. Also, I am the only one that uses the computer in the house, so I KNOW I did not sign up for the scam site. Grrr...

unauthorized withdrawals
i applied for free credit report for 1.00 i noticed they took 29.95 twice after that. i called them they gave it back, now i have two other charges of 29.95 from two accts. i cant get another phone number to call them back. thank you cathy fazio 978-564-4630

Never got my credit score
Paid money for a 7 day trial twice to get my free credit score and never gt it at all and even call the customer service line and Danille gave me another number to call 1805690441 and the couldn't help me either. This was a joke of a site for suppose to be free.

Unauthorized charges of 19.95, 29.95!
PrivacyMatters123 took $19.95 out of my account they also had Creditdiagnosis who I never even heard of withdraw another $29.95. Both of these withdrawals have put my account seriously over drawn.
