There is possible hope!
I have a complaint already on this webpage and have found that there is hope of getting a refund. I just put in the request today and have recvd an email from the company that I will be receiving a refund and I was provided a "ticket number" for followup with. If your bank is willing to reimburse you along with any overdraft charges, then go that route and then pursue the company to refund you - (then you can refund your bank for their temporary refund) I am giving them 10 days to refund my account with the $49.95.

Another option is to go directly to their website and see if they have the option or pop up box with this same option to email them or a customer contact email or telephone#.
