ring tone charges

I keep getting billed for unauthorized cell phone ring tones. The message on my phone is from: [email protected] but I am not able to send a message to them through my cell phone, asking to be taken off of their list.

unauthorize charge/ billing

my credit card was charged 39.99 on march 03/05 /08 for norton renewal and I was not notified.of this until I recieved my credit card statement.I did not authorize this and would like the charges taken off my account. I have not used the service for six months. I changed pc and e-mail address and did not connect to the service. I did not use almost six months of what I paid for because I did not like the service. My credit card has been notified.
