unable to find fedex aaount number
I am unable to compleate my registration since I am blocked by the request for my fedex account number. I have been unable to trace my account number please advise. I need to arrange a pick up of two small parcels of books to be sent
from Rome to London. I have passed a whole afternoon yesterday trying to find a telephone number or a contact to arrange this simple act. I am still trying to make contact [email protected]

Impossibility to arrange a pick up in Rome for 2 parcels to London
I mhave spent 3 hours on the Internet in an endeavour to arrange a private pickup of two small parcels to be collected from Rome and sent to London. I have been unsuccessful in finding a telephone number that actual works. I have been given a dozen numbers non of which are applicable for what I want. A simple pick up. I cannot find a single person to help. I am always blocked by requests for account numbers IDs Passwords none of which I have.I want a simple pickup of 2 small parcels from my home in Via margutta 60 Rome 00187 to be sent to a London address. HEREBY I WANT MAKE A COMPLAINT REGARDING THE PURCHASE OF A SPECIAL DISPLAID IN THE VODACOM CHATZ CONNECT CATALOGUE. (DEALS VALID 01 APRIL UNTIL 06 MAY 2011).
WE MADE THE PACKAGE DEAL WITH CHATZ FOCHVILLE PRESIDENT SQUARE SHOP (TEL:018 771 2761) AND IT WAS APPROVED. WE RECEIVED THE HP COMPAQ 56150SI NOTEBOOK + VODAFONE K3765 USB MODEM BUT THE EMPLOYEE AT CHATZ FOCHVILLE SHOP SAID THAT THE MOUSE AND THE BAG THAT WAS DISPLAID ON THE CATALOGUE, ARE NOT INCLUDED, BECAUSE IT WAS A MISS PRINT ON THE CATALOGUE.
WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY NOT TO RECEIVE THE MOUSE AND BAG, BECAUSE IT WAS DISPLAID ON THE CATALOGUE AND THAT’S WHY WE WERE INTERESTED IN THE PACKAGE DEAL.
WE CALLED VODACOMS CUSTOMERS CARE AND SPOKE TO AN OPPERATOR AND HE SAID WE MUST SEND OUR COMPLAINT WITH A COPY OF THE CATALOGUE HOW IT WAS ATVERTISED TO (customer care@ Vodacom.co.za).
WE WILL APPRECIATE IT THAT U WILL CONFERM THIS COMPLAINT AND FIX THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO HEAR FROM U.

SAA treats their clients like CRIMINALS
SAA treat their clients like Criminals. Yesterday I witnessed a young gentleman being violated from all his rights as a South African. A young, white, overweight blond ticket sales assistant at the OR Thambo airport refused to assist a gentleman. The gentleman then asked for her name and to see her manager, what happened next was just surreal: this woman screamed at the gentleman at the top of her voice... Demanding that he leaves, the other assistance instead of assisting the gentleman they gathered around her and started screaming this a gentleman, who seemed he wanted to pay the airlines. They then threatened him with the police to control the matter... In actual fact the SAA crew laughed at him: I have never witnessed anything like this before. I HOPE that man files a complaint and that woman looses her job. Another thing: eating in front of your clients is just tacky and common.

Change of Schedule - MNet
I am so unhappy with MNET's latest changes to the schedule which are apparantly in the "best interests" of the veiwers!!! Firstly when we subscribed to MNET we certainly did not suscribe to watching KYKNET up to 19h30 every day. We also subscribed because of the KTV for our children who have not yet "grown up". For people without DSTV, MNET is the next affordable option, and our children can therefore not surf the different channels looking for other children realated TV, they only had KTV. Our family were also looking forward to watching Australian Chef which we later found out would be replaced by Binnelanders. MNET say that they are meeting the peoples demands however not once as a MNET viewer was I EVER consulted or asked or even sent a survey to see what changes (if any) i would like!!! This is a ploy by MNET for us to subscribe to DSTV, however as alot of people who have MNET cant afford DSTV I think alot of people are going to be cancelling and going to Top TV which is the same cost per month as MNET. Very disappointed in MNET. (P.S. the reception is awful as well!!!)

Wrog information from consultants
I called 140 from my cell Jan 2011 enquiring when my contract expires & what procedure to follow to have in cancelled. I was told my your consultants that my contract expires end March 2011 & that I just need to phone again a month before the time & request for it to me cancelled. I phoned again today and was told that my contract now expires end April 2011 & that I must send a letter giving notice. My contract came into effect 7/4/2009. I have no problem sending a letter giving notice today for the contract to end 7/4/2011 but will not accept that the contract now end 30/4/2011 as per my telecom with your consultant today. I was told my contart end 30/3/2011 now 7/4/2011. I refuse to have it extended further until 30/4/2011. Please cancel my contract. I have already sent an e-mail to customer service to cancel the contract.
