Nightmare Transition to Wells Fargo for Wachovia Customer
The conversion -- Wachovia to Wells Fargo -- is an unbelievable nightmare considering the amount of time they had to get it right. Wells Fargo's technical staffers have probably never heard about USABILITY STUDIES! My business accounts are intermingled with my personal accounts and my mortgage account. The fact that my business has its own Employee Identification Number is apparently of little concern to Wells Fargo, which just wants to use my Social Security Number and ignore pesky legal issues such as "piercing the corporate veil" and "commingling" funds. The IRS is going to love that!

The customer service folks say that it's normal to group everything under a customer's SSN. I say, "Are you kidding me?" Customer Service says there's a tab I can use to separate the accounts. Hell no . . . there isn't a tab that can work that miracle! No matter which tab is selected, the business and personal accounts and their respective online bill payees are intermingled. It can't get any worse as a technological screw-up.

What were they thinking?

Wachovia's system kept everything separate, and it was flawless. Wells Fargo should change things back or fix them so they make sense for customers. AND, they should try some usability testing before they "transition" to anything else.

Stolen Hot Mail Account and fraud
My hotmail account for the last several years has been a total benefit. I received an urgent phone-call from a friend listed on a contact list. The friend said that she had an email that requested Money sent to me because of a Problem I was having out-of-this-country (USA). In addition, I received over 15 more phone calls about the same problem.

I tried to access the email account, and could not sign-in. My password has been changed, and the receipt of the new change was sent to the culprits email account.

I have the print-out stating that "We sent a link to reset your password to the following email addresss. If you still can't reset your password, you can come back in 24 hours for more options". The email address is not totally given but show jo*****@sbcglobal.net. This is NOT MY account and I can't SEE the new password.

This theft and using my Name as a means to solicit funds without cause or efforts by me.

I want my email account BACK.

Google maps
Please don't use google maps for anything important. A year ago they left my wife & me 20 blocks past the US capitol when we were looking for an IMAX theater that turned out to be in the Smithsonian on the Mall! Tonight they directed us in EXACTLY the wrong direction when we looked for a famous restaurant (El Perro Chico) in Bilbao Spain. Fortunately, we had learned our lesson, so we checked with our hotel before setting off. Do no harm! Puhleeeze! We will never trust Google Maps again. Incidentally, Mapquset had it right.

Not a complaint
Well ... My name is Theresa and am currently a client of "Meet Over Drinks" Long Island. I have read all complaints and thought it would be nice to share a great experience. It's the holidays and I told my Matchmaker I wanted to fall in love and be matched with someone real special by the holiday season and going into 2010. I think it's only fair, and have referred new clients to her, that there be a commendation for what people do right and when they make others happy. My Matchmaker did, in fact, care about my happiness and well being. She was attentive, cordial, and stern when she needed to be. She would give advice whether I liked what she had to say or not. To make a long story short, I am happily with my significant other and happier then I've been in years. I think the problem is people do not give it the time and patience they deserve to let the journey take it's course and work for them. They would rather display bad publicity than working with their Matchmaker so they can do their job. Again, whether anyone is interested or not, this experience has changed my life for the BETTER and I have met the love of my life. I owe it all to YOU Dawn!
