debit card charges
I am being scammed by a company called MQVDIAGNOSTIC. They are taking money from bank account with out consent.29.95 ans14.95. per month.All I requested was a FREE credit report. I am going to contact the attorney generals office for my state.This scam has got to be stopped dead in its tracks

Scamming
Dear Sirs,
I received an E-mail this morning Sunday 22nd November from a person who claims that I have won 250, 000 pounds from the Microsoft Corporation 20 Craven Park Harlesden London NW 15. They stated that I must send an E-mail to a courier company so called Hisspeed Courier Service Mosley Rd Trafford park Central PK East also quoting an order No. GX 22589420 and Pin No. MB 24221597 coming from the Microsoft Award Team . I certainly know that this is a scam because which organisation would dish out such huge amounts of money for nothing. And then still have the cheek to say I must pay for the courier costs. I take exception to this kind of behavior and the fact that I am currently unemployed makes it even worse. Please inform me by return E-mail what action will be taken to [email protected] |

Flat coke
it is a few weeks now, that ALL the coke in Chingola, Zambia is flat. It doesn't matter at what store you buy, or how big the bottle/can is, the coke is flat.
Me and my friends had already stopped buying coke here.
A lot of other people is also complaining.

How did they get my number?
I have two instances of these crooked thieves trying to get money from unsuspecting people! About three weeks ago they e-mailed my house mate and told him he had won R1 700 000 and to claim this he had to send them R 3 415 00. They mumble and are incoherent and I assume this is to irritate you into compliance... you get frustrated and just send them the info they ask for...DON'T it is a scam. He dealt with a Benjamin Logan..Indian man! They have sent all sorts of 'official' looking documents and certificates which of course are complete fakes!
I myself received an sms (12th October 2009) claiming I have won R 500 000 and when I phoned was given three options how to claim my prize, go to the USA and collect in Person, go to the UK and collect or a bank to bank transfere or they would simply post it to me if I so wished. The sms came from the number 076 279 3043 but I was to phone a Paul Benson on 078 338 6998 and after mumbling through what was mostly incomprehensible he started asking me what I do for a living and what my banking details were! I told him there was no way I was giving him a stranger my any details whatsoever, he said that he would then send it by post. Yes Mr Benson if it was not for your blatantly obvious Nigerian accent you may have been convincing. I personally am going to be e-mailing everyone I know and warning them of this shameless scam may the perpetrators all rot in hell

Bad customer service
I am always getting suspended with my account still having credit and the call centre always fails to solve my problem. I am always promised to be called back by the supervisors but no one ever does. AS A SHAREHOLDER AND A CLIENT, i feel this company is failing the clients.
Please hire competent staff who will be able help clients. I eve think of cancelling my TWO contract lines with MTN b'cause i call make calls even when my credit has just been updated.

Costs for damages - not covered by Insurance - Personally liable for
Good day to you
I am writing on behalf of Mrs Bhoora.
Mrs Bhoora was leaving work for home when at approx. 7pm on the 15th of July 2009 where a truck forced her into a pothole which was not clearly visible, which resulted in her rear rims and tyres being damaged.
Her vehicle was attended to by Forsdicks Motors.
The total costs of this damage was R21 003.75.
Mrs Bhoora submitted her claim through to her Insurance.
She received correspondence from Galsure (Mrs Phyl Gallagher on: 033 394 0428) who advised her that the Insurance would not cover all the costs of this damage, that she in turn is liable for the R5 000 excess as well as the 20% Betterment on the tyres for the amount of R2 407.40.
Due to the current recession, she experienced great difficulty in paying the R7 407.40 and is not happy with the fact that she had to pay this money herself.
Mrs Bhoora is requesting assistance with this matter as she feels that she has been unfairly treated in this matter and would like to find out if there in any way is possible to request that her insurance cover the total costs of this claim.
