My Wife and I take one Vacation a year. This year we decided to go to our friends wedding in Cancun/Isla Mujeres and stay at the Privilege Aluxes Hotels, which was a very bad mistake.

Before I go on, I would like to state that I have contacted this outfit by e-mail and phone, but they could care less to reply.

We went with a whole group of friends and family to the Privelege Aluxes Hotel in Cancun/Isla Mujeres, and the majority of our group got violently ill with very high fever uncontrolable shaking and coughing from a bacteria they had in their air conditiong ducts. My Wife and her parents had to spend tim in Urgent Care when we got back to the States. It took a full week of recovery in which everyone had to miss work. Not a very good circumstance after paying 4k for the vacation

In addition we had booked a suite in advance, a lot of other people from our party booked regular rooms. Upon arriving the individuals who had purchased standard rooms were upgraded to suites and given a discount that ended up to $200.00 less then our total. They refused to give a refund to us for the difference. Very unfair business practices.

Last, but certainly not least they treat you like a disease if you have an all inclusive package.
