hi my name is priyanka nayak an my no is 9892449999 i have this no for more than 5 years now, well i always had a very good service provided by your untill the last 2/3 months when i was not in the country and not able to pay my bill however i did inform the 121 service people that i was out of town and as soon as i am back i would be paying my bill i also was in touch with mr ashish head of collection in malad through e- mail telling him my states that i was out of town, and i will be back in july and i would pay my bill, when i was back i did go to the gallery in lokhandwala and pay my due amount, thats the time i learned that my account was permantely disconnected, i got in touch with mr ashis on the phone who told me he was ready to help me and came over to my place promising me that he would start my no the very next day he also collected rs 500 from me for the new sim and said this amount would be adjusted in my bill, now its been 03 days that my no has not started and also when i try to call him he does not ans my calles,
I have to also say that while i was out of the country the service people called my friends whom i talk to nerly every day and asked about me also informing them about the bill payment,
it is very embaricing for me and they kept telling me how they were harressed by airtel,
I would like to know how did they get my friends nos and why were they calling them, if they can get into my line and see who i am calling the most i guess i am very afraid to even have a decent coversation with my friends, out of the thought that some one might be listen to me,
I would like to know what is the ans to all this for i think the only solution for me is to go to consumer court if i do not get the right ans,
