Pure Cleanse,
I am writting from a very aggitated state. I had previously signed up for your company on June 5 2009, through an online advertising promotion. After reading more about your SPECIFIC product, information that was not provided in the online trial material, I decided to cancel my membership the following. No offense, it's just that your product did not seem to meet my needs. Now, I proceeded with the cancellation information that was provided and even received a cancellation email. In suit, I understood my account WAS CLOSED. Then just a few weeks ago, I received a bottle of Pure Cleanse in the mail. I promptly wrote, "Return to Sender" on the package since I thought I had not paid for it and I did not wish to. Then today I received a confirmation email confirming the "cancellation" of my account. I immeadiately called your "Customer Support" center and spoke with a floor respresentative and then spoke with the floor supervisor "Isaac", who in turn told me that even though I received a confirmation email with a confimation number stating that I had closed me account, that I had not done it entirely and in return have been charged $85 every month since July. Now, to my calculations that's close to $260. I want a refund. I have not used nor received any additional bottles of your product and am very unhappy that the cancellation process was misleading and incorrect. Not only do I feel that this is fraudlant, but also an exampl of the lack of integrity your company may have. I want this problem resolved right away. I did my part in returning your product when I thought I had not paid for it, instead of keeping it, now I feel you need to do your part as well. I am the Executive Director of my corporation and will not hesitate to get my attorney involved in this refund situation if needed, but I do not wish this to rise to that level. I would like to solve this peacefully.
