I purchased this software program "ProFlight Simulator" yesterday June 24, 2011 in the sum of $105.37 as per your payment advice and applied to my bank debit card as a pending transaction "06-24-2011 CLKBANK*COM DOWNLOAD 208-345-4245 IDUS $105.37"
Please be advised that I have forwarded a complaint to the Seller of this software Pro Flight Simulator that I have downloaded the program to my laptop but it does not work. I have demanded a refund of my monies and have already contacted my bankers my intentions to dispute this transaction if a payment is finalized. In accordance to the seller of this software program, I have the option to demand my monies back within 60 days if not satisfied. I am requesting a refund less than 24 hours within the stipulated time and wish to advise you, should a debit of $105.37 be applied to my account, please immediately initiate a refund of my monies. Failure to comply, I shall have no alternative but to enact legal proceedings to retrieve same and also advise "The Better Business Bureau" Note also I have uninstalled the program from my computer. I look forward to your co-operation in this matter.
