On yesterday, I went to get a pedicure and manicure at Pro nails on 1706 columbia road northwest. After, the lady had done my nails she told me to sit under the dryer for 1o minutes. I did just as she had told me to do. She came back to check my nails at the end of the ten minutes, felt them lightly, and told me they were dry. So, I left out of the shop before I could walk fully away from the shop I noticed one of my nails' polish was smeared this happen to me three times after leaving the shop. When I return the last time to show the young that did my nails what happened, one of older nail associate came over and began screaming at me . She screamed that its not my fault your nails got messed up because you put your hands in your pocket to get something. I told her that I was not trying to blame her, but she should talk me to the way she did and should apologize to me. She started screaming at me again to try to shut me up. I try to speak to her about the situation again after the young lady fixed my nail again. She came over to me ask me in a hostile tone what do you want? I told again she not have spoken to me the way she did and should apologize for being disrespectful to me. She refused to apologize and the only guy that was there apologize for her. On my way leaving out, I told her she needs to learn how to run a business and how to treat customers with respect. I telling anyone that reads this complaint on to your friends about the horrible experience that I had at Pro nails on 1706 columbia road northwest in washington, dc and not to patronize this business because of the poor customer service skills that they have at this business.
