Could you please contact me as soon as possible, because I can not get through to anybody at your waste of time call centre. I spend atleast 25 minutes on the phone whenever I call your call centre. i have been paying premiums on this medical aid for over 2 years, and to date they have not paid out A CENT of my medical expenses!!!
My daughter was recently admitted to hospital, the authorisation codes were obtained before she was admitted. However, now Prosano refuses to pay any of the doctors bills, they say 'Please resubmit to primecure' I resubmit and than NOTHING happens.
This is absolutely unacceptable!
Authorisation codes are supposed to be obtained before doing anything, but then you have to spend an hour on the phone trying to get it.
