ON 3/25/2011, A SERVICE MAN CAME TO OUR HOME TO REPAIR OUR AIR CONDITIONER. LAST WEEK THE UNIT WOULDN'T COOL AND ON OR ABOUT 5/25/2011, WE PHONED AHS TO REQUEST ANOTHER SERVICE CALL BECAUSE WE WERE'NT GETTING ANY COOL AIR. ON 5/30/2011 A SRVICE MAN FROM ARMADLLO AIR FOUND THAT THE SERVICE CAP WAS NOT SECURE ON THE VALVE ALLOWING FREON TO ESCAPE.
THE ARMADILLO REP REFILLED THE UNIT WITH FREON AND SECURED THE CAP WITH A WRENCH.
IT IS MY BELIEF THAT I SHOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRO TECH AIR $60.00 SERVICE FEE SINCE THEY DID NOT REPAIR OUR UNIT. NOR SHOULD AHS PAY THEM FOR THEIR WORK.
