A salesman came to my door and was going nuts cleaning everything in site from my driveway to my stovetop. My friend and I decided to buy 2 gallons of this product for $130.00. After purchasing the product and talking about it to some other people we learned of the ProTek Scam. Whether or not it is a scam I immediately called and cancelled my order. The man came and picked up the product and said he would make the call to refund my money. I talked to a lady at ProTek headquarters who was very rude, she said I needed to fax my reciept to them in order to get the refund. So after about 3 hours of getting a busy signal my fax went through. After almost a week I still have not been refunded the money. So I called ProTek once again and what do you know they do not have my PAPERWORK...I am really frustrated and angered by their lack of responsibility on their end. I feel that their salesman should be pulled off the streets if they are unable to hold up their end of the sale. They say if you decide you don't want the product call us within 3 days of the sale and we will refund your money. Yeah right.
