I am a current client trying to get my many thousands of dollars back from pro web design studios. All the claims they have on their website are false! call INC500, call webby awards, call JD POwers and they will all tell you that this company is lying about all these things! other than that, their contract states 30-45 days, its been over 5 months and still no website! they keep postponing and postponing! what sucks is that my bank couldnt do anything and neither could Paypal because the transactions took place past their 45 day time limit! well with the information i gave them, they were able to transfer this over to the fraud department and reopen my case even for charges done last year in august! so dont let them tell you NO! just keep fighting! if you have problems with these people dont think twice about calling your institutions and filing a claim. also if you would like more information you can email me at [email protected] and i can give you what i have so that you can sucessfully get all your money back.
