Beware, do not use this company

Please see above Order Number, Cancellation Number, ID Ticket number - Please advise when you will be reimbursing the money you have falsely taken from my account:

8th April £2.49 taken from my account
8th April £2.49 taken from my account
21st April £37.50 was taken from my account
21st April £75.00 was taken from my account

Total amount to be refunded = £117.48 you have taken money from my account without my permission, My trial package as promised by speedy delivery within days never materialised!!! what a scam. I feel you have obtained money dishonestly from me. Please advise when you will be refunding my money in full - As you have provided no products therefore you are dealing dishonestly using poor business ethics to fraudently take money.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... I HAVE SENT OVER 150 EMAILS AND STILL NO RESPONSE THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE INTERNET.

Product did not arrive though they took £4.98 from my account

Placed an order for their 14 day free trial on 4/4/11 the product did not arrive though they took £4.98 from my account so i sent an email requesting were my product was - when i checked my bank again they had taken a further £112.50 on 25/4/11 when i called them they said it was my fault as i should of contacted them sooner and i should have read their T&C even though i told them that i have never ever received any products from them they have refused to refund my money. I have sent over 600 emails to this company they have never personally responded to one of my emails as they generate an automatic response so 600 emails, no products have ever been received and still no refund this is the biggest scam ever i think they are also trading as Superacai, Proactionacai, and Proactiondiet - BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE COMPANIES.
