I read an internet artical that Britney Spears complained about people complaining about her weight on the Jay Leno show. It further described how Britney Spears used Proberry Acai health pills to loors weight. The link was in the word in the article. I linked to the Acai Proberry trial sample offer and agreed to pay $3.95 for a 30 day trial sample. I received a receipt. I immediately started getting calls at work on my cell telephone from these people. The tel# was 408 587 2125. After the third call, same day-late evening, I called back and told them they were harassing me at work and at home and I had no intention of buying anything else. The person said he would put me on the "Do not call list" I have not received anymore calls. Per my receipt, I was advised I would receive the product on 09/22. It is now 9/23/09 and I have not received. Also my checking account was charged a .12 International charge for this transaction. No where was I able to read on the form I filled out for the trial sample (and I do read all of my forms) that this was an International transaction with additional fees. I called my bank and was confirmed through Wachovia that this $3.95 Proberry charge was an International transaction. My bank could not confirm the country but gave me an 877.#. I will give this product to arrive until the end of this week. If I do not receive it, I will file a dispute with my bank and deem these people as having "fishy business practices".
