ripping me off
READ CAREFULLY . THIS COMPANY IS RIPPING EVERYONE OFF .<br />
I PLACED AN ORDER, SINCE SEEING IT ON TV AND PLACED ONE ORDER FOR PROCAULK TO DO MY SHOWER AND FOUND AT THE END OF THE CONVERSATION THE COMPANY WENT AHEAD AND CHARGED ME 130.00 DOLLARS INSTEAD OF 19.95 PLUS SHIPPING OF 5.95 .<br />
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED .
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY .
ALSO THEY HAVE NO LIVE PERSON TO SPEAK TO OR NO NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM. I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO CANCEL MY ORDER . WHY DID I EVER ORDER SOMETHING ON TV LATE AT NIGHT . I NEED MY HEAD EXAMED .

Unwanted Charges
Their website will add items to you credit that you did not order!
To bad theior ordering porcess is a scam. I don't know if the prodcut is any good.
Now I have to wait until Moinday to call and have the transactiosn voided.

Disappointed.

The order system for ProCaulk did not give me a chance to correct the amount -and no phone number was given to talk to a human being nor a viable website to correct. However I found a number to call - it is 1-800-554-5925. They found my order by my name and corrected the total from $112.70 to $25.90 - which is correct. Hope the phone number gets posted to the blue line for complaints for ProCaulk. It wasn't easy to fine.

overcharge
I ordered the procaulk kit by phone and went thru the whole sales garb, ordered nothing additional, and at the end was told my charge is $85.60. One kit was suppose to be $19.95 plus $5.95 shipping and handling. I ordered two kits, which should have been $45.85.
I have tried to call back and talk to some one (anyone) but cannot get to a person! What a way to do business. My credit has now been charged $85.60. Who or where can I call? If I do not hear in a few days I am stopping the charge on my card!

overcharged for Items not ordered
Procaulk Ripoff. Aitkin, Mn


I only ordered one pro caulk kit on Jan 17th which cost $19.95 plus $5.95 for shipping . They added an additional Procaulk Kit and additional applicators to the order and a procaulk money back guarantee what ever that is. On Jan 17th at the end of the telephone order which was automated I was told that I was going to be billed $60.70 and expect 6 to 8 weeks for shipping and I was told that I could check my order status online at www.customerstatus.com .I called back to talk to a person but there was no way to do that so I went on line and finally got a number which is (1-800-554-5925) where I could talk to someone. I told the person that I talked to that I ordered one pro caulk kit and was being charged for additional items. He told me he was checking on my order and came back on the phone and said it had not gotten in to their system yet and told me to call back on Monday Jan 19th . Monday was a holiday so I called Tuesday the 20th and was told that they could not change the order which was already processed and on the shipping dock with hundreds of other orders. I told them that I was not going to pay for something that I did not order and I wanted them to cancel the order and I was going to contact my credit card company to stop payment. I went to the same above website two times since Jan 20th and there was no information available under our phone number as there was today. I hope this will help. I am letting others know about this company through e-mails.

Scam and cheating
They added an extra item to my online order and charged me for it, and had no way for me to cancel, nor was there a submit button -- it was a done deal as soon as I gave my credit card info. There is no way to reach a live person on the phone to discuss it. They did not send a receipt or order number via email as most online vendors do. And their website attempts to force or trick you into ordering a whole host of extra items, and it is confusing how to decline.

Dishonest business practice
The same thing has just happened to me! I am still reeling. After spending about 20 minutes while an automated female voice described and I declined item after item she just knew I would want to have, at the end she quickly wrapped up by saying my order totaled $49+ when all I had ordered was ONE (1) ProCaulk at $19.95 plus $5.95 S&H and if I had any questions go online at www.customerstatus.com, which I just did. No order number nor confirmation number was given, so all I had to track my order is my phone number--which the site then said would take 48-72 hours to post to the system so it could be located. In the meantime, the thing will be in transit to me, I'm betting, so they will claim they cannot cancel it. How did it get from $19.95 plus $5.95 to $49+?? I will NEVER again allow myself to be hoodwinked like this. If a HUMAN voice is not there to take my order, I will NOT place an order! These people should be run out of business. If anyone knows of an agency where redress can be sought, please post it online. Thanks, I'm hopping mad.

Charged products not ordered
When ordering by phone, I declined all other offers except for the one kit I wanted, yet my credit card was charged for 3 other items that I had declined.

need to know status of item
I ordered one kit from pro caulk and before I got the total for this kit, there was at least 9 other items that they were trying to sell me, and I never did get a total amount for this item. I don!t even know the status of this item. I tried to contact pro caulk but allyou get is an automated message.
