According to their site, the product was $39.95, plus shipping, per bottle and supposed to include several free products -- another month of Procera AHV, an antioxidant formula and a book. I filled in the information only to find they were going to charge over $132.00 to my Visa. I backed everything out and left the page. I did not complete the order. However, in less than 2 minutes, they sent an email confirming the sale and charge to my card.

I called the customer service number immediately and was told the order wasn't on his screen yet and he couldn't do anything about it until Monday.

Totally preditory marketing plus illegal retention of credit card information. They have you click a "submit order button" when all you have given them is your information, prior to their disclosure of total cost. Their is no product choice prior to submitting your information to them.
