My name is Roxana I worked for Gravier and Associate until I was fired this year (January 13, 2009).
Since they offered to me the continuation coverage Insurance with COBRA I have been trying to start my coverage, and I also have sent two checks that were already charged in my account (I am attaching the copies of the checks). The first check was sent to Gravier and Associate's office and the second one was sent to United Health directly.
I don't understand why I am still receiving the Continuation Coverage Agreement to sign it and the payment request for the periods starting on February 2009 when the checks were already charged on my account.

My policy was cancelled, I don't understand what is happening...I have kept sending to you several times the agreement signed and copy of the first check that I gave to my employer to cover the first months of my policy...
I am attaching this first payment and I hope receive a response about how I can access to my account by online...I haven't receive a card yet, I don't know in emergency case what are my benefits and copayments etc...

I don't know what is the amount owe..I call today and a costumer service representative told me you have a payment missing in your system it was the payment that I attached in the previous message...
My first payment was sent to my ex-company and was already charged in my account.
Can you sen to me a statement updated to know about what we are talking about?...

TODAY I wrote without answer:
It is very Ironic and SAD to know somebody is using my money and I cannot use my insurance.
It is anybody care about customers!!! It is impossible to believe you and Neighborhood Health Partnership INSURANCE are located in the same office and nobody can help me to ask reinstall my police that was cancel because somebody make a mistake sending a letter asking to NHP to cancel it.
ANYBODY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS THERE????
I am going to find where put my complaining, because you have a Administrative Disaster there...
I hope somebody can HELP...
I REALLY NEEED SEE THE DOCTOR ASAP.
