Ordered the processathome download and never recieved the download key so asked for a refund and was granted it thru swreg.
I thought that I had not tried to access the product correctly the first time so I reordered the product a second time with worse results, this time after repeated requests for the product key I asked for a refund and have heard nothing from either the vendor or from swreg.
