We had this process put on our home in May 2003. Since then the colors have faded. That I could live with, but now the trim on the windows has cracked and peeling. It looks awful. On the siding on the north side there are some cracking places also.

Apparently this company has gone out of business. We purchased the liquid siding with the impression that we had a warranty for 25 years and they would come up to repair any issues at any time. Liquid Siding, the company, will claim no connection to this problem. I don't understand that. Even though the product and the training of the process comes from the main company. Why are they not being held accountable for this? If someone buys into a franchise of a McDonalds, Wendys, etc., aren't they responsible for something that happens regarding the food, isn't that company still responsible? Wouldn't someone look to the main headquarters along with the franchise owner for responsibility.
