This corporation and its ficticious ownership has been illegally operating dispite the fact that the acting owner/ceo, has been called upon to resolute the alleged accusations. The false ownership has repeatedly ignored calls and contact of my dispute since 2004. I have received no response. I have the original document of proof of ownership from the State of Delaware, from the revised corporations division. My corporation has not paid me any income or franchise benefits since I filed the revised corporations documentation first, in 2004 under Breakthrough Library Partners, L.P., doing business as Pro Dev Corp, to which has been first documented in 1986. I have offerred to show proof of ownership to which has been ignored by the acting corporation officials of my corporation.
