I have never come across a buisness that has been so corrupt. The entire service staff and owner Jim, are thugs. This company installed our furnace on new construction, not by my choice but the builders. Furnace stopped working this winter, called Professional and they sent a tech out to the house by the name of Brian. Brian began to tell me what I needed to buy and began questioning things that were not related to what he was there to do. While attempting to fix the furnace he broke a collection box tube with his pliers. Brian said, that what he was doing was not really supposed to be done but he was going to try it anyway. So after he broke the piece he said he would have to come back and replace the collection box. Short tme later Professional called and said they would sent someone out to fix our furnace. After fixing his mistake, Brian demanded that we pay him a 48 dollar labor charge for his mistake. Told him no, and that if he had not broke the part he never would of had to come back. Said I'd have to discuss the matter with the owner or manager. Brian then told me I have many more problems with my furnace but would not disclose them and then THREW the bill at my pregnenant wife and stormed out of my house. Had my job not been on the line Brian would have recieved the ass whooping of his life for his behavior in my home and also in front of my 2 year old son. Called owner who said that he heard a different story from Brian and that they would do nothing about the incident. Jim, the owner, was very confrontational and did not even want to talk to me about the incident. Jim eventually said he'd cancel the bill and told me that if I wanted to have heat for my family not to call his buisness anymore and hung up on me. Come to find out, this is family run buisness and Brian is married to the owner's daughter. Imagine that, no wonder Brian seemed as if he didn't know what he was doing, he dosen't have to!! Aboslute terrible place to do buisness, never, never use Professional Heating and Cooling.
