I have rented from a lot of different types of places (i.e apts, condos, houses)and dealt with several realty companies but this one takes the cake on rudeness. The company is run by Sue and her children. She is RUDE and snobbish though I do not see why she thinks she is better than EVERYONE else because umm SHE's NOT? I was never rude to her and yet she always greeted me with the most indifferent in-your-face disgust? Like geez lady what is YOUR problem? When my heat broke she all but tried to talk me out of getting it fixed even though she KNEW I had 2 children there who were freezing at night! They never did fix the electrical issue that they were told about several times about by the electrician and their maintenance people that I think caused my BRAND NEW computer to have problems because the electricity kept tripping and going off. And the topper was when we moved out she basically ACCUSED me of stealing the freakin dryer. The one that barely worked that we hated that caused us to use the freakin laundry down the street!? She hadn't even contacted the owners before speaking to me (which would have been the CORRET/ i.e. Professional thing to do). No, she just went straight to accusing me. Make no mistakes, this company puts their OWNERS first and somewhere far behind comes their tenants. When I called back to find out if she had found out what happened she offered no apology until I told her she owed me one and she gave me THE most disgusting, condescending "I'm so terribly sorry" no actually she wasn't. She is freain evil and takes pleasure out of being a grumpy old bitch. Sorry but it's the truth. No other way to put it. CYA and watch your back if you rent from this company. Like take pictures of move in condition and def take pictures of move out condition if you want any part of your deposit back or just do yourself a favor and save the headache by renting elsewhere.
