I received a call last month from profinity promising 25$ walmart gift card, restaurant.com certficate and other savings. also they told me its trial membership, can be cancelled at any time and full refund can be requested. Till no wi hav eneither received walmart gift card. Now i have cacelled membership, neither the amt charged to me around 16 usd is not refunded. Membership ID: 2617266

So, I get a call on friday from someone in Florida shouting into the phone that I just got 2 $25.00 vouchers for a free dinner! Sounds great, right!? But as always, somethings up, he tells me to join PROFINITY for $15.00 or $15.99/month I say um, no I am okay, then he goes on to say check out the website and I do! It looks okay, looks like a deal, then when I get back on the phone I buy into it but for a lower price of $1.96! At the end of the conversation the rep from Florida says that this is 14 day trial (I'm okay with that) and that my coupons for joining and the free dinner will be on my way anywhere from 14-45 minutues. It is now Monday... where are my coupons!? PROFINITY = LIARS! I am going to cancel, wait correction - I've tried to cancel! But in order for them to not charge in the next few days before my trial is over... they need to answer!
So, someone please give me the direct information to any contact, I am so tried of these people.
