I attended a two day investment seminar at the West Lake Raddison on July 29th and 30th. At the end of the seminar I decided to renew my Optionetics Platinum Express subscription for another year in order to take advantage of the price discount available for reorders on site.

Platinum Express Reorders were offered at $695.00.
Platinum(full version orders were offered @ $895, 00.

I was given a 3 day recision receipt but no other paperwork. No other paperwork as to what I ordered or the cost. The sales rep assured me that he would fill out the request. No Problem??? So they switched me to the higher priced product and my repeated calls would not correct this problem. I am currently in dispute with the credit card company, but they indicated that unless I sent in further proof, that they would side with the merchant. Looking at the signed contract which they sent me, one can clearly see where the changes in the contract were made, and I sent the copy of the contract back to them showing where the alterations were made highlighted in red.

I'm an old man. heading toward Seventy-seven, and when I grew up I grew up for the most part trusting people. Going to a seminar, where mentors instruct us on how to invest successfully, I mistakenly transferred that trust to this organization.

Please take on Goliath and help me get what I contracted for, not what they want to sell me.
