unauthorized charge to cc
these people charged my cc this am 12-9-2009 $79.90 i called them and asked why they charged my cc they told me i was part of some program seance i ordered the makeing money with google cd that i never got i was called twice by 2 different months ago i told them then to cancel my account and both time they said it was canceled and no further charges will be made to my cc till i looked at my account online today and it showed that at 2:53 am they charged my account $79.90 i called the number on my account and they told me they had no record of any calls i made to them and when i told them the names of the people i spoke to all they said was that they no longer work there and there was nothing they can do so i asked to speak to a supervisor and they put me on hold for a min then they cam back and tried to tell me that the supervisor was busy and they couldn't tell me when she would be available and they kept trying to give me the run a round i told them i wanted to talk to a supervisor and kept telling me that they had already talked to her and this is what she said i told them i didn't care that they had talked to her i wanted to talk to her and i told them i asked for a supervisor that means you stop talking and put your supervisor on the phone now its the law they put the supervisor on the phone they told me she can give me $39.95 back will see if they do it so now i have to call my bank and get my number changed and get a new card. what ever u do DONT TRUST GOOGLE ITS A SCAM

Unauthorized charges to credit card
I sjgned up with Google for $1.95 and was charged $79 to my credit card by PWW, which is actually Profit Studio Learning. I called today and had any further charges canceled and received a cancellation confirmation number. I will talk with my credit card company and make sure there are no further charges. This is a scam. The customer service representative had such a heavy accent that communication was impossible without spelling the words. This type of operation should be shut down. They have Madoff with a lot of people's money if you know what I mean.

Scam
I was duped into paying a one time set up charge of $1.97. Two months later on my bank statement I've been charged $79.90 twice. There were no terms and conditions on the original inducement to pay $1.97. When I complained I was told repeatedly that because I 'refused' to call and cancel within seven days I was agreeing to their terms and conditions.
This scam is in the name of GOOGLE, a name we think we can trust! Why aren't Google shutting it down???

terms and conditions
i signed up for $1.97 and after then i read the terms and conditions, I noticed that they gave 7day free trial to cancel the account, and if i fail to cancel within the trial period, i will automatically enrolled in their monthly subscription to browse their website,
so I call the Customer Service and ask for cancellation,
they cancel my account and they did not charge me monthly
READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE SIGNING UP !!!

Scam - Unauthorized Charges
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! On August 13, 2009 I responded to what was supposed to be a Google ad for working at home. The charge was supposed to be $1.95. I filled out the application information and within two days I started getting emails and phone calls from other companies saying I had 'signed up' for their services. I told each to cancel and that I had not ordered anything from them. I checked my CC account and discovered I already had charges from three different companies. I called each company and cancelled again. I then went to the internet site where I had originally filled out the form and clicked on cancel. I printed off the page showing my successful cancellation. There was no cancellation number shown. I received several more calls within the next few weeks and again told each to cancel immediately. Today my account was charged $79.95 from Profit Studio Learning. I called their number to demand a refund and was told I couldn't get a refund because I had not cancelled within 7 days and when I tried to explain that I had cancelled within 2 days they said I couldn't prove I cancelled because I didn't have a cancellation number. They were rude and would not hear me out without interupting me and telling me how it was all my fault for not cancelling. I am cancelling my credit card to prevent further charges. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

credit card fraud
Just noticed on my statment this company billed me $79.90. When I phoned the number that was provided to find out who they were, they were of very little help. I was able to find out they are a website design company, informed them I never inquired or signed up. (already have and have had a website). Asked them to credit my account, they refused. Then I find out they have been billing me since July. Unbelievable have no idea who this company is, never visited there website, or received any information from them. The best they can tell me is to file a police report...You better believe I'am. This is flat out illegal.

unauthorized charges
My visa was charged $24.90 without my authorization by this company. Ever since I paid the $1.97 for Google work I have been charged left and right from Click Sell & Go and this company. I did receive full refunds. For charges to your account from Profit Studio Learning call 800-497-4988. For charges from Click Sell & Go call for refund at 800-353-4581. this is a SCAM. However I called and received full refunds. Good Luck!

Scam
My wife fell for this scam too, they don't let you know upfront they are going to charge monthly and make it difficult to cancel. They do business under many names and are a part of Pacific webworks with headquarters listed in Las Vegas and Salt lake City. You can get the phone numbers and names of the principals at the better business bureau. I hope everyone complaning here is also filing complaints with the BBB and consumer protection bureaus in Utah and Nevada.
