I paid $1.95 on 21/June/2009 as a ne off payment to Profit Studio Learning, however I have just found out that they have taken 2 payments of $69.90 from my Credit Card in July/2009. I have tried phoning them on two different numbers but I only get an automated message. I definitely did not agree to pay $69.90 per month, and to date I have not received anything from the Company, even though they are charging me $69.90 every 28 days. It appears to be a complete scam.

I have not ordered anything from this company. Didn't even know who they were until I googled after seeing the charge on my account. This was an unauthorized charge and this company should be shut down and fined for cheating honest Americans out of their hard earned money.

Please see Hello Coward Scam Artist under the company PMI. Your whole entire story is identical to my husband's and mine. This happened to us two years ago...thank God I was watching out for PMI, but they are now using sister companies "DRI, Profit Studio Learning, and Pacific Web Works" to get our money. On 6/28/09 my husband paid $1.95 for a Home Business Kit to start a business online (being offered by Google Home Biz/Profit Studio Learing). He never received anything to date. But on 7/8/09 the other sister company Pacific Web Works tooks out $79.90 without any authorization. That same week we received a phone call from PMI regarding my hubbie's interest in opening an online business. When my husband told the PMI rep Steve that he needed to speak to me about entering the agreement with them, I immediately got on the phone and was very abrupt with Steve...when I questioned, how much this will cost me, he became a monster on the phone; that's when I realized it was a scam. Profit Studio Learning is SCAM they are taking advatage of current recession telling people they can get a job but, they rip off thier money from thier credit card or bank accounts. These people should be going to jail like Madoff. I hope the government will catch with them

I ordered a disc from this firm. The cost advertised was $1.95. The next day I received a call from this company, the woman I spoke with informed me that I had signed up for a newsletter which would cost over $100. I told her I was not interrested, all I wanted was the disc. She then went on to say that I could not receive the disc unless I signed up for this newsletter. I specifically told her to cancel my order for the disc as I was not interested in the newsletter. She agreed to cancel my order. One month later, my bank account was debited for 69.95 by this firm. When I called the firm I told them I had cancelled my order with their representative that called me. I was then told that whoever called me was not their representative, but was a third party they had sold my name to.
When I insisted she represented herself as being with their firm and even calling from the same telephone number as Profit Studio Learning, I was told I could not prove that. Then I was told I could not get my money back because I did not call Profit Studio within seven days and cancel my order. I argued that their employee had called me and I had cancelled through her. I was then reminded of the agreement I had made with Profit Studio and the agreement did not state that if they or someone representing themselves as a member of Profit Studio called me and cancelled the ppurchase that this was not according to the agreement.
I filed a complaint with the FBI, IC3 for internet fraud, I've also filed a fraud report with my bank.
I SUGGEST THAT ANYONE ELSE VICTIMIZED BY THIS SCAM ORGANIZATION FILE A COMPLAINT WITH IC3.
This company will not give you any correct information about itself. It is locaterd somwher in Utah, but the employees will give you a bogus address in Las Vegas, Nevada.
