I noticed a charge on my account today in the amount of $69 and alongside of the charge was a toll free number I quickly phoned them spoke with some smart alect lady named Laura who told me that I needed to file a police report and have the police investigate the charge. She went on to say that she wanted me to know that if I was filing a false report I could possibly be charged as filing a false report, really smartass. I too cannot find a Customer Service number on the website, this is truly a scam.

I initially saw an Ad on aol stating that by paying 1.95, I will be receiveing info on how to start my own business. No where on the offer did it mention that I will be charge $70 a month. After singing up of the information I saw a charge on my bank statement for $70.

This was not auhtorized nor did I receive any emails or communcation from the company informing me of the charges. I ended up calling this company, and after being hang up on twice and speaking with three different individuals, I was able to receive a partial refund.

wow ! every complaint i have seen is mine! same thing has happened to me! to a T! how is this possible, how could a company still be in business>? I have tried to contact someone and talk to someone with somekind of Management or something but all i get is that i have to call and ask for Mike? Mike who>?dont know so right away i know it not going to be someone who could help me>us>. I have to call tomorrow., i am surprised how mad they get because i am very angry and confused as to why i am being charged on #1 a product i thought was simple informaiton that was 1.95 (which became 69.90) and #2 why I couldnt get anyone one the phone to cancel my order? they should be more helpful instead of being assholes!!

I too paid $1.95 and at time saw that my cc would be charged $69.90 in 7 days UNLESS I cancelled in writing...so I immediately sent, by certified mail of course, a letter that I was cancelling so no charges should apply. 9 days later, I see the "pending" charge to my bank account for $69.90 so I contacted the only phone number I had for this "make believe" company, spoke to LORRAINE who proceeded to robotically tell me that the reason for the charge is because I didn't cancel...then I told her about my cert mail and she asked where I mailed it to, I repeated the address directly from the website that says to cancel, send written notice to and she said that she had no idea where I came up with that address and I KNEW THIS WAS A SCAM. I laid my cards on the table and told her that I'd received notice from the post office that they had cert mail for me--when I went to pick it up, it was the mail I'd sent and was returned as they'd moved and left no forwarding address. Well, LORRAINE, hastely said that she'd issued a credit and I should see the funds returned to my bank account in 72 hours! I've got 24 more hours to wait!
