2 transactions were made from my bank account from this number. The Profit Vault. I did't know what they were for so I called. When I finally got through to customer service and told them the reason for my call, the representative said she couldn't help & could I call back in 3 or 4 hours! I called back immediately and a different rep gave me a different number to call. I got through to a service rep after being on hold for 20 minutes and finally got the answers I needed. I had been enrolled without my knowledge in the max save program? She said it was automatic when I ordered something online. When I asked what it was that I bought that enrolled me in their program, she said there was no way she could find out that information. She did cancel my account with them and assured me I would no longer be charged any membership fee's, but I am out the amount they already got.
