Saw ad on Google on how to make money from home by ordering this kit by these people for the shipping and handling only. However, when I got my statement they did take the $1.97 for shipping and handling but never e-mailed my password to get inot their system to start this new way of making money from home. I called in and tried to cancel but they said that my trial period had already expired and went and billed me an additional $77.34, when I advised them that I hadn't even gottne to try out the product due to never receiving the follow up e-mails, they then said they would credit me $20 which would take 7-10 business day which really puts me over the trial period. Along with that they have partners that once you sign up with them, they sell your info to these other outfits and they in turn debit from my acct. as a subscription unless I cancelled the subscription within a trial period and does give a phone # for one of the businesses but when called it is a disc. #, when I advised the profitlibraryat home people about that they then gave me another # to call which was very close to the #on my confirmation order which had the names and #'s of these 2 businesses that would be charging me a subscription unless I cancelled w/in a certain amt. of time. I then called that # and it was also disc. So I called the profitlibraryathome people again and at this time their system was down and asked me to call back in 10 min. and the system should be up. Also, after all this, the next day I log onto my checking account and there were 5 more additional businesses that had debited my account for subscriptions for their businesses, which I had no clue about and this put my checking account in the red. When I called each of these places they happily cancelled my subscription and said would refund my $1.00 that they had taken out w/out my knowledge. I am still fighting to get my $77.34 back from the profitlibraryat home people. So these people are a definate scam.
