unauthorized charges
I just noticed Easy Saver Rewards (EASY SAVER 800-355-1837 PA) charging $14.99 per month since March to the credit card I used to order flowers from ProFlowers.com. I did not provide my credit card number to Easy Saver and didn't authorize ProFlowers to share the information.

Unauthorized Easy Saver charge $14.95
I also saw an unauthorized charge of $1.95 on my Visa that occurred right after the charge from ProFlowers when I ordered flowers for mothers day. The next month, the unauthorized charge went up to $14.95. I called the 1-800-444-9491 number that I found on someone else's post, and they quickly refunded both charges. They claimed it will take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on my card, which to me sounds like a really creative form of working capital for a scam "company".

Proflowers / Easy Saver 800-355-1837
All I did was send my mother flowers for Mother's Day 2008 and I get an additional charge of $14.95 a total of 9 times as well as the initial $1.95 for a total of $136.50. I called the Easy Saver 800# and advised the charges were unauthorized and wanted the membership cancelled and the charges refunded. The service rep stated she could refund the last 2, but would need approval for the rest and put me on hold. She stated the sign up is attached to the $15 coupon you get from Proflowers after your purchase. I told her I remembered getting the email and clicked on the coupon read the info in order to use the coupon and saw that in order to utilize the coupon you had to sign up for some service that had a monthly fee. I didn't want to sign up for it so I closed the browers window and didn't fill out any of the required information...apparently all you have to do is click on the coupon and your signed up. She said all my refunds were approved and will show up individually so I expect to see 9 refunds of $14.95 & 1 refund of $1.95 within the next month, if not she said to call back. Crossing my fingers AND WILL NEVER USE PROFLOWERS AGAIN!!!

Fraud !
Proflowers is an active participant in a scam/fraud……..
Proflowers uses misleading and unethical advertising practices that end up charging your credit card a monthly ongoing charge when you click on the free shipping offer or $10 off offers. It is VERY deceptive and done ON PURPOSE.
I recently ordered some flowers for my wife for her birthday from Proflowers.com. A couple of months later I realized that I was being charged $14.95 a month from something called EasySaver…. Proflowers signed me up for this bogus/fraud money saver club thing. When I emailed Proflowers, I was told that I agreed to be signed up when I purchased the flowers. I really did not see this coming from what I thought was a legitimate business.
These practices should be illegal...
I will NEVER buy from Proflowers again and no one else that I know will either... I will see to that.

Internet Scam
I have been using Proflowers for years, and this is the first time this has happened. You think you are getting a coupon after your order, and as soon as you enter your zip code and email, it automatically enrolls you in the Easy Saver membership. It charges you $1.95 to start, then $14.95 every month after that. It automatically charges your card without you ever knowing you are enrolled. I called Proflowers, and they didn't even care. They basically said it was my fault for entering my zip code and email. I told him they gave them my card info. He said when I entered my zip code, it give them authorization. Whatever! He said they wouldn't be in business if they were selling people's information. I called Easy Saver, and they said they would cancel my membership. We'll see what happens.

Unauthorized charges
I had ordered some flowers by logging into ProFlowers.com. In their website, it asks if I wanted to save 15 dollars - I clicked yes, it routed me to a website for "easy saver". I did not further go through their transaction because it asked me for a lot of info I really didn't have much time for. I did however finish buying the flowers on-line via the ProFlowers.com.
I noticed a weird charge last month from Easy Saver. It was for few dollars, so I didn't pay much attention. Today, I noticed that they charged my account again for $14.95. I googled this company & noticed that a lot of people are getting scammed by this company. I tried calling this company to stop billing my account but the office is closed now. This scam needs to stop.
