poor quality and customer service
Flowers were of very poor quality brown and looked to have been frost bit or frozen, after contact with company it just seems that they really don't care and your on your own, this company is not one that I would recommend to anyone after finding out that the company is from California, I can understand there attitude. Not a good company to deal with in my sumation.

Flowers were horrible
DONT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ORDERED TWO DOZEN LONG STEM ROSES AND THEY WERE DELIVERED NOT SHORT STEM, FLAT, PEDDLES FELL OFF WHEN REMOVED FROM BOX. LOOK LIKED THEY WERE STOMPED ON BY FAT MEXICANS THEN PLACED INTO A SHIT BOX. I COULD HAVE GONE TO JEWEL AND BOUGHT BETTER/BIGGER FLOWERS EVEN IF THEY WERE DELIVERED IN PERFECT SHAPE. THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME A REFUND UNTIL I CALLED TWICE AND CONTACTED AMERICAN EXPRESS. WE SHALL SEE IF THEY EVEN REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE THE INDIAN LADY ON THE PHONE COULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME A TICKET OR TRANSACTION NUMBER FOR THE REFUND/REASONING OF MY CALL... FUCKING SHADY.

Ordering
I am complaining about the deceptive pricing and rediculous order form.
This is the ONLY site I have ever been to that will not give you an order total untill you have given them your credit card number. Not to mention the "free shipping" that deducts cash monthy out of your credit card.
How the heck can Neil Boortz support this operation ? My approval of Neil just droped a few points.
Luckly, I sniffed out the fraud before finalizing the order of $30 flowers that totaled close to $60 !!
If they dare charge $0.01 on my credit card, I WILL contact the B.B.B.

Unauthorized billing
As happened with the other reports I read, I purchased flowers from ProFlowers.com and was then charged 14.95 a month since July 2006. I never noticed the charge until my credit card was canceled because of being charged for purchases I did not make. I don't remember getting a coupon or agreeing to these charges since it was so long ago. I am filing a fraud report with my credit card provider and a complaint with the NJ Consumer Division.

Late delivery & order total error
Placed an on-line order on 11/20/08 for flowers to be delivered on 12/2. Confirmation promptly received, but was charged $9.99 for "free clear standard vase".
Email received late in day on 12/2 from ProFlowers CEO that "there has been a change in the shipping schedule. The item will now be arriving on 12/3." He offered free shipping on my NEXT order.
I called ProFlowers on 12/2 after receiving this email and demanded she cancel my order, which she said she did.
Now I wait to see if my card will be credited. Plus, if any other mysterious charges appear on my credit card as noted in complaints on this ComplaintsBoard.
Not happy at all with this company.

easy saver/ezsver rw ripoff
When you purchase flowers on-line from Proflowers, your account goes to a company called ezsver rw, or easy server and they proceed to siphon relatively small amounts of money from your account. The amounts are similar ($14.95 in my case) to common purchases and you tend not to question them if you shop online frequently.
They got greedy, or stupid, and both companies hit my account for the same amount on the same day. I caught it, on Thanksgiving weekend, before the bank paid it, but in checking my previous statements, they took me for $44.85, not a lot, but if they're doing this to hundreds or thousands of people it is.

fraudulant charges
I have also had the $14.95 charge each month. When I called the number, they said they would only credit me for two months. I have recieved a refund for one month. I suggest everyone file a claim with as many services, including the Better Business Bureau!

flower delivery
My brother who lives in Gig Harbor Washington sent me flowers for my birhtday, he used Pro Flowers based in Calif. they were Holland Tulips, and glads, he sends them every year. The were delivered mid morning Wed. Oct. 29, by Fed-X, right under my name it states on the shipping label DRIVER; PLEASE KNOCK OR RING BELL. he did neither, I watch my Great Grandson daily and I am always home until him and I go pick up a grandaugther from school at 3:00. I live on acreage, and have a very long driveway, my 3 car garage is unattatched but direct access to the back door, we have a large drive slab and a gate that leads into the back access to the door. Because of the way the home is we never use the front door. thus the sign I have on the front storm glass right across from the door bell. PLEASE MAKE ALL DELIVERIES TO THE BACK DOOR, THANK YOU. Well since I have such a long drive they park the truck in the street and walk up, doing so if they come to the front door and do not ring the bell I willnot know that they were there. HE NEVER RANG THE BELL, HE JUST PUT THE FLOWERS RIGHT AGAINST THE STORM DOOR. the next day my Great Grandson and I were walking around and decided to go into the front yard and snip the dead roses off the bushes, and saw the box, the temperature on Wed the day of delivery was in the high 60's however in Colorado the nights drop very fast and it got into the high 20's that night, It was about 12:30 when I discovered the box so they had been at my door about 26 hours or so. I called the flower company to alert them at the EXTREME SLOPPYNESS OF FEDX and to find out when the went out. Then i called Fed X and got a very nice person who was very sorry it had happened, she assured me that someone higher up would call me, I told her that I would be leaving at 3:00 and would not be back until around 6:00 as I stay at my sons home with my grandaughter until they get home from work, so please make it an evening call. she assured me that she would note that and I would get a call that evening, I got home and there was a SORRY EXCUSE OF A CALL FROM A PERSON WHO ONLY SAID IT WAS Sally with Fed-x and it was 4:30 so she knew I would not be home, she was laughing when she said she was sorry the flowers did not get there on time. SHE DID NOT LEAVE ME A NUMBER TO REACH HER SHE DID NOT OFFER ANY SOLUTION TO THE MATTER AT ALL. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE LOCAL MANAGMENT, OR THE DRIVER WHO APPARENTLY CANNOT READ OR NO HOW TO RIING A BELL. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITN FEX X THEY ALWAYS JUST LEAVE AT THE FRONT DOOR AND NEVER RING THE BELL, WE HAD GRANDSONS REBUILDING JEEPS FOR OVER A COUPLE OF YEARS SPAN AND I CANNOT TELL YOU THE HUNDREDS OF DELIVERIES WE HAD, UPS ARE SAINTS THAT IS FOR SURE, THEY BRING TO THE BACK DOOR THEY ARE PLEASANT AND VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR STUFF, FED X COULD CARE LESS HOW THEY HANDLE YOUR THINGS AND EVERTIME SOME CAR PLACE USED FED X WE HAD A PROBLEM AND I WOULD NOTIFY THE COMPANY OF THE SLOPPYNESS OF FED X. I LIKE I SAID WAS NEVER PERSONALLY CONTACTED BY ANYONE FROM YOUR SAD EXCUSE OF A COMPANY. I WILL MARVEL IF I HEAR FROM THIS COMPLAINT. MARIE LIESER

I Purchased from Proflowers on line, they handed out my account number to Ezsaver, and I've been getting charged 14.95 for 5months and I dont even know what for. DO NOT BUY FROM PROFLOWERS!!!
