Unauthorized charges
This is the scam they are pulling--they lure you in with a coupon to buying more flowers and when you click on it--you are signed up by putting in your zip. One would think that with my monthly $14.95 charge, I would get mail or an email telling me about the benefits and discounts that my money is buying. I received nothing-- Below is the bull-email that I got from ProFlowers.
"Thank you for contacting us. We really appreciate your feedback in the EasySaver Rewards program and I am so sorry for your poor experience. Rest assured, we take your comments seriously, and we are on your side. Let me take a moment to just summarize the program enrollment.
After you make a purchase on our site, we offer a $15 coupon. If you click on that coupon you will land on a registration page to join our EasySaver program. In order to enroll and receive the coupon, you must enter your email address and zip code which is the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the program. Within the terms stated to the left of the "accept" button, is the enrollment process and states the charge of the program. Our goal is not to have you in the program if you did not wish to enroll and we apologize if this was confusing. If you have not already done so and would like to cancel this membership, feel free to call EasySaver Rewards directly at 1-800-355-1837 and simple instructions will be provided to you to cancel and refunded.
We totally understand your frustration and will attempt to clarify the enrollment process for future customers. To follow up, I am going to forward your valuable comments to our partner group that oversees the program. Our customer experience is of the utmost importance and we will do anything to improve your future shopping experiences.
Once again, we apologize for your poor experience and we are here to help in any other way necessary. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are available for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week."

Charges
I ordered flowers in May from Proflowers and since have been charged for EasySaver to the tune of $14.95 per month. This is a scam. I never signed up for Easysaver when I ordered the flowers. Something needs to be done about this. Shut them down.

Rip off
I am just starting to deal with this and am embarrassed to say i only half noticed this random $14.95 Easy Saver charge that meant nothing to me. I kept meaning to look into it but was always too busy and have been getting ripped off now for several months. I am still hopeful perhaps my bank will address. It's insane rip off and i never signed up for anything at all. I can't believe Proflowers does this and will of course, never use them again. Which was unfortunate because my godmother liked the flowers -- but not for $75 or $89more than i had authorized!

Unauthorized Charges
ON 9/2/2008 you issued a $14.95 charges to my checking account with Wachovia. After careful searching, I had purchase flowers from ProFlowers. My transaction was paid in full. I did NOT subscribe for the charge and would like it removed as soon as possible from my checking account. I will allow the 3 to 5 business days for this transaction to be credit. If it is not, then I am notifying the Attorney General's office of the State of Connecticut of unauthorized charges against a checking account. I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.

Scam
I too was taken by the Pro-Flowers Easy Saver scenario. I noticed the charge after I had paid my credit card off, then got this miscellaneous looking charge. I called the number and they said around mother’s day (the busiest flower buying season of the year) they basically slipped the language in and lots of people accepted, not noticing. I am disappointed in proflowers for the way they handled it. I've been buying flowers with them for years and it feels like they were being sneaky. I will definitely think twice before buying flowers from them the next time!!

They got me too. Bought some flowers on ProFlowers.com, after checkout I got a pop up, from Easy Saver thanking me for activating my Free 30 day trial. I will be calling these a-holes during business hours, wish me luck.

Unauthorized billing
It seems like this is a real rip off. I keep being charged by easy saver after "clicking" the free delivery special offer from proflowers. This is not only a problem of unauthorized credit card charging, but also unauthorized use of credit card data, and discredit for all on-line sales.
It's outrageous and they should be put out of "business" after refunding everyone.

Taking extra cash out of my acct
For mothers day I sent flowers using them and at the end they asked me nicely if I wanted 15 bucks off my next purchase. I said why not and entered my email. Well that gave them permission (in very fine writing)to take out 24.95 bucks that month and 14.95 every month until I call the Encore Marketing group and cancel it. I just noticed it... So the 2 dozen roses cost me like 150 bucks in total
