Unauthorized charge
My letter to Proflowers:
I got charged $14.95 for easy saver rewards from you guys! I'm not happy. I did not sign up for this and this is a terrible way to do business. I ordered flowers in May and this is what i get in return??? Thanks but no thanks! I have told everyone i know and emailed the world about your scam and i hope you go out of business.
Their response (automated of course):
Dear Toni,
Thank you for contacting us. We really appreciate your feedback in the EasySaver Rewards program and I am so sorry for your poor experience. Rest assured, we take your comments seriously, and we are on your side. Let me take a moment to just summarize the program enrollment.
After you make a purchase on our site, we offer a $15 coupon. If you click on that coupon you will land on a registration page to join our EasySaver program. In order to enroll and receive the coupon, you must enter your email address and zip code which is the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the program. Within the terms stated to the left of the "accept" button, is the enrollment process and states the charge of the program. Our goal is not to have you in the program if you did not wish to enroll and we apologize if this was confusing. If you have not already done so and would like to cancel this membership, feel free to call EasySaver Rewards directly at 1-800-355-1837 and simple instructions will be provided to you to cancel.
We totally understand your frustration and will attempt to clarify the enrollment process for future customers. To follow up, I am going to forward your valuable comments to our partner group that oversees the program. Our customer experience is of the utmost importance and we will do anything to improve your future shopping experiences.
Once again, we apologize for your poor experience and we are here to help in any other way necessary. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are available for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Best Regards,
Mr. Kit Medina

Unauthorized charges
EasySaver Phone number: 800-355-1837 PA appeared on my credit bill. Ordered flowers in March. Have been a customer w/ Proflowers for a few years... no problems. After placing order online there was a pop up window asking if I wish to have a discount coupon for proflowers. I agreed, then to find out I had signed up for a service offering discounts and such.
I supposed signed up for this monthly service without my permission, never authorized theses charges and received NO emails or information regarding the easysaver program. Called the 800 # and was told I will receive a refund for the 3 months of service I did not sign up for. Called VISA and had the charges disputed.
Called Proflowers and had them remove my information from their system. Nothing worse then using a company to find out the partnered with an unethical marketing company. Shame on you Proflowers... Will never do business with them again.
Buyers beware!!!

poor quality product & poor service
I recieved 2 dozen roses via ProFlowers from my friend in Hawai'i about 2 weeks ago, but the order arrived in very poor shape and the flowers never opened. Instead they just continued to get more and more dry and blackened, despite my having read and followed the care instructions. When my friend asked about the flowers, I had to tell her that they were very poor quality.
She contacted your company and told me that a replacement order was being sent. Today, FedEx delivered another ProFlowers box. Inside were one dozen mixed roses.
These flowers also were in very poor condition, particularly the red ones. I am very disappointed and intend to tell all my friends and relatives that your company provides an inferior product and is not honorable about making good on guarantees. I have taken pictures of the flowers and intend to email them to my friend so that she can see your product's condition. I also intend to post the photos along with this story on a consumer website so that others may be advised of your product quality and the level of your concern regarding customer satisfaction.

Selling Personal Information,etc.
I ordered flower from ProFlowes once and my email address is published to the whole world. (It could be that ProFlowers provided my email address to another merchant which sells email addresses.) You can not image how many spam emails that come to my email box everyday.
Also, ProFlowers, knowing the online spam, continues to allow Easy Saver to pig bag its web site and charge customers credit cards -- in a sneaky way. (You can find tons of complaints about Easy Saver -- ProFlowers.) My credit card was charged for nothing -- this time ironically not even a junk email or postal mail from it -- for two months by Easy Saver. It took me repeated emails and numerous calls to Chase Credit Card Dispute Department (very poor services) to try to get the money back and after more than one month I have not seen my credit as of today.
So do not be blinded by the beauty of flowers.

participated in a scam
Proflowers service and product were intially fine, they knowingly participated in a scam on us. My wife went to the Proflowers site to order some flowers for Mothers Day. Apparently she entered her email for a 10% discount and this automatically signed us up for a $15 a month charge from easy saver. It is not common practice for the mear entering of an an email address to constitute a contract. Also, we neither knew we were signing up for such a service nor knowingly agreed to it. In short Proflowers helped Easy Saver scam us. I've let Proflowers know they have thus not only lost our business but we will make a point of spreading the word to family, friends and via the internet.
Sincerely,
Darren and Tracy McCammon

Awful flower bouquet
I ordered a bouquet of flowers from Proflowers for mother's day. It was a bouquet of tulips. The tulips were the worst looking flowers I have ever received from Proflowers. They used to send very fresh flowers, but this order was unbelievably bad.
Additionally I sent an email to customer service and never got a response. If you look on their website there is not place to send complaints. So much for good customer service

They take money but send no flowers
I placed an order online on Proflowers for mother's day on May 1. Well yesterday the flowers didn't come. They say that there was a "problem" with my credit card. Well the money was charged and is taken out of my bank account, I even showed them a copy of the transaction line on my account. They are telling me that they never charge unless they ship them. Now I am out the $50 and have no flowers to show for it. They say they have no record of ever charging my account. What a crock. What else can I do to get my money back?

I'm not a fan to say the least
If you signed up to get the shipping refund that's when you get screwed on the easy savers thing. If you read it states by clicking you will be enrolled in said program and will be charged. My husband did the same thing he called because a thing came up on the screen and said that he had just enrolled in easy savers. I am generally ok with proflowers but I do think that it is super sneaky of them to throw that in at the end. I have also been overcharged for certain orders as well.

Unfair service
Had a horrible experience with proflowers.com today concerning the passing of my personal information to one (or possibly more) of their partners. Read ProFlowers.com's privacy statement: they are now passing privacy information to partners such as Easy Saver Rewards including, name, address, phone, and credit card info. This occurred when I clicked on a button to get fifteen dollars off my next purchase. That button brought me to a page that said welcome to Easy Saver Rewards. Easy Saver Rewards (easysaverrewards.com) promptly charged me a 'nominal fee' for joining their club.
Long time customer jumping ship - thanks but no thanks.
