Charged for NOTHING
My boyfriend ordered flowers in Sept 2009 and has been receiving a 14.95 charge from Encore Marketing for ????? - He said he remembers trying to get off the site and clicked out finally but didn't realize he was being charged on his Amex for the past 8 months. I noticed it on his charge and said "call Amex and find out what this is". These Pro Flowers peoople are a piece of crap and we will NEVER EVER order from them again. That 60 dollar bouquet cost us an additional $120 - never received anything for that money. I cannot imagine how many people out there are getting ripped off by these Aholes. AWFUL!!!

Never again. No way. Beware.
I ordered flowers two days before Mother's Day to be delivered on Saturday 5/8/10. I received a confirmation email stating that the flowers would be delivered on 5/8/10 between 9 am and 6 pm.

When I called my mother Saturday night, the day of delivery, the flowers never showed, no phone and no email. At 8:30 pm that same night, I called their 1-888 number and was told the flowers could not be delivered because there was not a local florist able to handle the order.

They had two days to figure this out and out of courtesy, they could have called or emailed to let me know so I could make other arrangements. I demanded a full refund ASAP and then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Upon filing my complaint with the BBB, there were numerous other complaints against this company; I wish I would have done some research beforehand. I will NEVER use this company again, nor will I refer anyone I know to them.

This is a scam company all the way around! I hope and pray in this economy, their doors will be permanently shut.

Waste of money
Waste of money. If you going to advertise something. Make sure that's what we get then some ugly *** flowers. It looks like the flowers are already dying and 90% of the vase was steam. You can't even see the flowers. Plus, don't leave it by the door step anyone can steal it stupid. Mother thought that the local flower shop was better than Pro flowers. Warning to all customer run will you still can. There just a scam. Nothing good at all about them. Rating give them a Zero out of a billion. Pro flower *** don't waste your time or money.

Unauthorized Charges
There was a monthly charge of $14.95 on my wife's credit card after she ordered flowers from ProFlowers. The main head quarters for ProFlowers is:
Provide Commerce
4840 Eastgate Mall
San Diego, CA 92121
United States
Phone: 858-729-2800
Please everyone give them a call to let them know how you feel about their shady business practices. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY FLOWERS FROM PROFLOWERS!

flowers
don't order flowers at any price thinking you are getting any item for that. You always except to pay taxes, but a charge for a date for delivery, handeling charge, plus shipping. A small order can cost you almost $6O.OO.

Fraudulent additional charges
Well lets see first off I ordered flowers from this place for mothers day. with the flowers I should have received a free glass vase. The glass vase was not free and there were miscellaneous charges tacked on. None of which I agreed to. Afterwards I find the offer (which was incorporated into their main page) vanished. When I clicked "order" to get the price, they had charged my account and then gave me the price. $12.99 was my original price. They had charged me $132.99 for a bouquet of daisies?! wtf

shipping rebate scam
Beware of Proflowers' offer that your current order qualifies you for a $15.00 mail-in rebate. The rebate does NOT apply to your current order and requires you to sign up with a third-party vendor and pay an annual fee. If you even visit the third-party website from the Proflowers website, your billing information will be automatically transferred and you might get signed up with the annual fee automatically. BEWARE!
