Fraudulent Charges
I also ordered flowers from ProFlowers. When the $15 coupon popped up, I thought, lets see what this is about. Now I get my bank statement and there is the $14.95 charged. I order ofter from ProFlowers and thought that this was just a way of them saying Thank You for my order and take a discount on the next order.
I have tried the phone and cannot get through. I will keep trying and if to no avail, I will change my card, and per reading from what a gentlemen said, that will take care of the problem.
I will never order again from ProFlowers. How dare they do this to their loyal followers.

EZSAVERS
I had charges against my credit card from EZSavers for several months for 14.95. I traced this to flowers bought from PROFLOWERS. The owner is Bill Strauss, someone I trusted because I used to work with him at a previous company. I have stopped purchasing from PROFLOWERS because the flowers they delivered last year was nothing like the picture on the website. But the EZSAvers kept deducting 14.95 from my bank account.

scam in how they get a person signed up for programs
I just went to proflowers and put in a fictious order and no where did I see anyplace to "sign-up" for one of their programs. I think it is a scam from the word go and should be stopped. I emailed Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh, since they promot using Proflowers, and informed them of Proflowers practices. Time will tell if anything is done about them.

Easy Saver add-on
I ordered flowers by phone from an ad on TV, from Pro Flowers. They charged over $30 more than advertised. I called and they gave me a partial refund and continue to send coupons.
My husband just noticed there is a charge from Easy Saver for $14.95 per month. We traced this charge back to the ProFlowers purchase.
I never knowingly accepted a charge for anything other than the flowers. I have never received any confirmation for joining anything, nor have I received any catalogs for savings or rewards.

Easy Saver Rewards
I ordered Flowers from www.proflowers.com, because of the free delivery option you sign up unknowingly to an EASY SAVER REWARDS program which is an affiliate of ProFlowers. I looked at my Credit card bill today and my wife asked what is that charge for $14.95 every month since June 09, well now it’s Dec 09 and you can't really tell who is charging you but look for POS PURCHASE EZSVER RW ID. They got me for $119.96 over 8 months shame on me for not researching this earlier. Be rest assured I will never buy a PRO FLOWERS product or service again and I will tell everyone I know about you little sneaky shady game. Buyer beware even with a big company like Pro Flowers. Those were the most expensive flowers I ever bought with free shipping, Nothings for free. Call 800.580.2913 and let them know how mad you are, then call Easy saver Rewards at 8668284677 to cancel your ripoff membership that was shoved under your nose for free shipping. Remember nothings for free.

easysaver charges
I ordered flowers for the birth of my granddaughter with Proflowers in October 2009 - this was a first order with them- and since, I have twice been charged over 10 euros for October and November. I have never wittingly signed for any other service with them so feel it is a fraud on their part. I will phone the service today to ask for a refund and to demand the cessation of their unauthorised charges. I think it is really necessary to warn on-line customers of this scandalous procedure.
Sincerely

Rip off
Proflowers ripped me off. Proflowers sent an empty box for my fifth anniversary. I ordered flowers for my anniversary and proflowers sent and empty box. I will not use this service again. They wanted to refund my money but how about rectifying what you did refund my money for shipping and handling also. When I called customer service, not only were they not sympathetic to what they had done but they also did not refund my shipping and handling. Since I did not get the products that I want, I will never use Proflowers again. Before you use proflowers use another company.

Bad service
DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS.COM unless you want a headache!
This is my very first complaint ever made on a company at 23yrs old.
When I ordered flowers for a coworker at work on her last day, I ordered them express so they would be at her desk before 1:00pm. However, there were no flowers sent by 1pm and the order was placed before 8am that day. I called ProFlowers and was unable to get through their line. I then decided to email them to see if that would be more helpful. Their response was the flowers were to be dropped off but there was no one by that name in the building. In return, the flowers were sent back to the shop. I then had them come out again to deliver the flowers and by this time it was about 2:30. After another hour or two, I emailed them again asking where the flowers were. They responded that they were again returned to the shop since there was no one by that name in the building.
Disappointed at 5:00pm and no flowers, I walked down the front desk to see if anyone had come in with flowers. The man at the desk said no flowers were even attempted to be delivered throughout the day and if they had been they would have been sent to our receiving office if there was no one by that name. Not to mention, the man at the front desk knew of the coworker I was sending the flowers to.
Furious, I called ProFlowers and spoke with a man who gave me a 20% discount and upgrade the flowers. I had to have the flowers sent to my coworkers house and ended up getting discounted off the price I paid for the immediate delivery. Nevertheless, was not going to fuss and accepted the offer.
Now, to my astonishment, I see that there is a charge on my account for 14.95 for easy saver. Thank goodness I called them immediately and they reversed the charge. This has completely turned me off from using this service again, and I hope this helps someone looking into this service in the future.

Unauthorized charges
I purchased flowers at ProFlowers.com and had started to get unauthorized charges being charged onto my debit card. I NEVER authorized these charges to be taken place or the money removed from my checking account. I called the Easy Saver company and they have agreed to refund all 8 charges of 14.95 to be credited back to my checking account.
I FIND IT VERY WRONG AND DISHONEST THAT YOU GUYS ARE ALLOWING THESE CHARGES TO BE TAKEN PLACE. I COULD SUE THE COMPANY FOR MAKING THESE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!!!
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT YOU CAN HELP DO TO MAKE THIS BETTER ON MY PART?!?!?!
