unarthorized charges
Proflowers enters you into some bogus Eazysaver scam when you sign up to send flowers to someone. If you click on an instant savings option you are enrolled in a monthly "savings" program. But they never let you know you are enrolled or let you know where you could get these saving if you were. My suggestion is to go yo your local florist and send flowers. DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS.COM!!!

easysaver scam
Be careful when giving your credit card info to proflowers.com.
I noticed a bogus charge on my credit card report for 14.95. Looking back through other months I saw the same charge sometimes two in one month. It turns out the charges are from easy saver rewards. 1-800-355-1837 "Welcome to Easy Saver Rewards a great way to save money when you make a pro-flowers purchase" WTF ??? I used Pro-flowers once six months ago.
These guys are all over the internet

bogus charges
I order flowers for my mother on mother's day. They were great. However, I was signed up for a bogus service called Easy Saver Rewards that charged my credit card $14.95 every month as a membership fee. This happened without my permission and without my knowledge. I will NEVER buy from Proflowers again and will advise everyone I can to not buy from them as well!

Deceptive free shipping
I ordered some flowers today. Free shipping banner was shown all the way during my order, but I was still charged 9.99 USD for standard shipping, and 2.99 USD handling fee. The shipping rebate is offered by another company which charge 9.95 USD monthly fee. So the proflowers free shipping is definitely a scam.

unauthorized billing
As a couple of other people have noted, this company has been billing my credit card monthly and without authorization since I placed a purchase 18 months ago. Unfortunately, I just caught it. I called but they are closed on Saturday. Calling on Monday. Larceny is the word, I believe.

Rip off
I ordered flowers from proflowers back in may of 2008 for Mothers' day and I didn't notice until now (september of 2009) that I had a charge on my visa card for $14.95 of some Easy Savers Company that I had never heard of before in my life, which had caused me to go over the limit on my account. I disputed the charge to my visa card company, and I also called Easy Savers and told them to reverse the charge, which they did. But I thought this had happened just that one time. But then I started to check my previous statements and the charges go back to May of 2008. I am appalled about this violation of business and moral ethics. I have read the many complaints of the many other victims like me, and I have decided to file a class action law suit against Proflowers and Easy Savers.

continuous charge of 14.95
iI have a charge to my debit card for 14.95 a month since May. I did not sign up for no re-acurring charges to my debit card. I am in a recession and I can not afford any excess expenses and over draft fees effecting my bank account. Please handle this immediately. Reference #rwid055459664. I would appreciate a complete refund and cancel this account mmediatley.

deceptive practices on website
I ordered flowers from ProFlowers in June of 2009 and soon afterward noticed charges on my credit card from places called Easysaver.com ($14.99 pre month) and Freeshipping.com. ($8.97 per month). I had no idea what these charges were until I saw all the other scam complaints for these two sites. I called Easysaver.com today and they claimed that they would "cancel my membership" but that it would take 1-2 billing cycles for my money to be refunded to my card. Freeshipping has no phone number on there website, only email. BE VERY CAREFUL about this ProFlowers site. I had no idea I was somehow signing up for these alleged services and the charges are small and easily overlooked on a credit card bill which I am sure is what they count on. A lot of people incurring small charges over long periods of time adds up to a lot of $$ for these scammers. Plus, if Proflowers wants to be seen as a legitimate service, they should make sure there is NO WAY to sign up for anything "by accident" while using their site. The flowers they delivered were great but I will not use them again nor will I recommend them to others.
