Unauthorized charge
I wish to have my subscription to Easy Saver cancelled. Please do not continue to take a payment from my credit card. I, too, had used ProFlowers and got sucked into signing up when I placed my order. Please credit my charge with the $14.95 that was taken out on July 29, 2009.

CMG*FREESHIPPING.COM
Three unauthorized payments of $10.97 each were billed to my credit card before I caught on. I contacted 800-869-5597 and asked for a total refund and the assistant was able to refund only one charge. This situation began when I ordered flowers for Mother's Day from ProFlowers on line. Be careful about their offer for free-shipping! This is how I got suckered.

Scam & Theft
Just don't use pro flowes. They're going to get more money out of you one way or another.
I'm a teacher who ordered flowers for a guest instructor who came for free because we don't have any money. During checkout, I was prompted by the proflowers to click a link for more information on free shipping. I clicked and read. When I saw that you had to pay to get the rebate I decided against the unfree free shipping and paid the regular price. What I didn't know was that proflowers had automatically enrolled me in a program called "freeshipping.com" when I clicked the button claiming more information. A while later 9.97 was debited from my account without permission. And when I called to get my money back, all they could repeat over and over like a parraot was, "we don't give refunds." I told them to erase every bit of info they had about me because if they ever found themselves in my account again, I would bring down their ceiling. They assured me they would. I called back a few days later because they emailed me and turns out they still didn't erase my information. It's ON!

Non Delivery
Ordered Roses to be delivered to a hospital. They failed to deliver. The excuse was that there was no room specified. The web site asked if it was a hospital and did not require a room number. I usually don't have to do this because people in a hospital sometimes move rooms but the flowers usually make it. Their response was that they would deliver them late. Like after she was discharged. NO refund offer, No credit offered.

Unauthorized Charges
The first month they charged my credit card $1.95 and I called ProFlowers advising them they did not have authorization to charge my account this amount and what was it for. They were to remove this charge from my credit card. The following month the credit was not on my card; however, this time they charged $14.95. No explanation on what this charge is for. I advise not to purchase flowers from this company as they continually put unauthorized charges on your credit card after a purchase of flowers.

Unauthorized Charges
Boston, MA - I ordered flowers in May for mother's day from ProFlowers. I was aware there was a $1.95 charge for something. But did not know I would be charged $14.95. From reading all the related posts here, this is a monthly unauthorized charge. This is a deceptive way to get people into this stupid supposed "saver" club. I am going to contact the same number I found here on this site on one of the posts - 1-800-444-9491. I will ask for my money back. What does it take to shut down this fraudulent company!!!

easy saver charges
My husband recently ordered me flowers from Proflowers for Mother's Day. He ordered them online from Afghanistan where he is currently stationed. I have noticed some $14.95 charges on our account from easy saver. I looked it up online and saw many complaints and realized that he was signed up for this when he ordered from Proflowers. The problem is that I called the number and of course it's an automated system and I need his member ID or the credit card number he ordered with. Of course I don't know the member number and since we have different card numbers for our account, I don't know his card number either. I really need to cancel this crap, but who knows when I will talk to him again.

Shame shame shame
I purchase flowers for Mother's Day and I was discussed by their appearance!!! The vase was too huge to hold the six stems with buds on the ends. I was so embarrassed, my mother (86 years old) is such a wonderful woman and deserved so much more! Shame! Shame! Shame!

ezsaver rewards rip off
Looking at my statement this time, I noticed a charge for $14.95 for sum ez saver program. There isn't a website for them, and the only number available is an automated system to cancel the program. I contacted ProFlowers and they stated that I had to have seen the offer because it popped up on a big window...I said, No and that I'm not interested in any of their programs or their flowers and to give me my money back.

They issued a credit, said it would take 5-10 business days. I also had a $1.95 charge for the initial trial. They are crediting that to.
I can't believe this b.s. I won't order through them again.

Sent incorrect number of flowers and incorrect vase
I ordered 24 Red Roses with a Square Glass Vase from them. However, they only sent 12 Red Roses with a Round Glass Vase!
Will not be shopping from them from now on.
