This company wasted my time and money and screwed me out of getting a refi. At first, they offered the best rate and closing costs of anyone. They make you pay, out of pocket, for their Appraiser when you apply. Then, 90 days later, they sent a letter denying the loan because of a incomplete appraisal. They waited until the appraisal had expired and there was nothing else I could do. I filed a complaint against them with both state and federal authorities. NO ONE CARED! Every entity I submitted a complaint to replied that they hadn't done anything illegal. It may not be illegal, but it sure was unethical!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!
