We contacted Progress Lighting and Fires to fit an aircon to our home office. A team of very unprofessional and dirty installers arrived. After them drilling holes in our wall they attempted to install the wriong machine as this was different to the previous one supplied to us by them for our bedroom. I contacted Louis, the owner to inform him on this as well as the very unprossional staff memebers he had here. I spesifically asked if they were contractors and he assured me they were staff members. The following day a new team arrived who confirmed that the other installers were indeed independant contractors.

Another machine were installed and we immediately noticed that the machine looked second hand and that the cover was broken en the display screen were faulty. This was immediately reported to Louis who sent a new display unit the next day and said he was waiting for a new cover from his supplier. When the 'new' cover arrived they even took this out of plastic before us it looked even worse than the first one.

After a few days the machine started to give problems the vens are faulty and doesnt open up, water is dripping from the unit onto our printer etc.
