I have to say I totally agree with the complaints posted by Laura and natalie, i know of someone who had exactly the same experience in the past and was also utterly misled by this company!!! They need stopping and cant keep treating people in this way!

And as for all the comments that have been added today (suprise, suprise) saying how wonderful Project Envy are, it is blantantly obvious you have all been to the theme day today and had your orders to do this.

Have just seen Natalie Mullins nasty Comments which i cant understand as her photos are actually really nice, i had my portfolio done with Project Envy models and of course you pay for it how else would you make a living???? Stupid Girl!!! and where does it say they are an agency? Duh i think you should take a little longer to read into things before you start moaning lol,

Please do not be mis-led by this company! They are not interested in you all they are interested in is your money! I attended an assessment and was there for about 45 mins, during this time i was utterley mis-led!! I had done all my own hair and make-up before i went and when i got there a few pics was taken, the lady said i had produced some good pics. I was then taken into another room and was briefly told about project envy models. She told me i had to pay £750 for them to produce a good portfolio for me, even though i had taken my own proffessional portfolio with almost 60 pics in it, she said she could only use about 3 of these as they was not very good!! She told me i could pay this sum over three installments over 3 months. I felt really pressured by her and she never even asked me if i wanted to go ahead with this she just assumed and said i would need to pay £250 there and then!! I was quite taken back by this, i explained i did not have that kind of money now! She said well we wont be able to take the rest of your photos in order to get your portfolio started? I said that there was no way i could pay this, i did not have no money in my account till my wages was paid anyway. She said well i will make you another appointment for next week and we can go ahead with the photo shoot then. So still a little connfused with all of this i agreed to make another appointment for the following week. Then she passed me an a4 sheet to sign which had 3 pament amounts on, this was the payment plan of £750 spread over 3 month, so i signed this which now i regret, but as i said it all happened so quickly and nothing was really explained to me, i was not even given the option! Then she asked for my bank card and said i had to pay just £1.00 in order for her to activate my account, i cant believe i fell for this one!!! I was then given a copy of the signed sheet, which i have now had chance to look at properly and all the T's & C's are on the back, i was not even presented with these as she only showed me the other side, the side i had to sign!! I was unaware these was on the back! Anyway she then asked what outfits i had brought and she said why dont you just pop that black dress on and we will take a few pictures in that, so a few more was taken. But bearing in mind she said the real photo shoot could not be done as i had not paid the £250, so i just thought that me putting the black dress on was just a few additional pictures! Nothing was to say otherwise. When i got home and thought about the cost of the whole thing and how she just assumed i was going to pay this, i decided against it and decided to cancel my next appointment. When i called to cancel i was put through to the lady who i had the assessment with, when i told her i was not going ahead with this as i could not afford it, she was very rude to me and said i still had to pay the first payment of £250 as they had started my portfolio and basically i had no choice now! I was really shocked and angry as i had not agreed to this as that was the reason we made a further appointment to do the photo shoot as i never paid the £250 on my innitial appointment!! So what was the further appointment ment to be for??? She said all the pics had been done and i had about 50 taken which is not true, she also went on to say i had used their make-up artist which is another lie too!!! I did all my own hair and make up before i went, this made me so angry. I tried to explain this was not true, i even wondered if she had mistaken me for someone else! But she was so rude and adament i had to pay, so i had all this done on my first assessment and i was totally unaware! this is how i was utterley mis-led and SCAMMED into paying this money! She shouted down the phone ' SEE YOU IN COURT ' and slammed the phone down, she was so horrible to me and very unprofessional! After this it dawned on me that they had my bank details, and later that day 3 transactions were pending on my account! I later realised that the 3 transactions was them and they took £590 out of my bank, one lot of £250, another of £240 and another of £100, i was mortified and shocked. It is totally wrong how they have done this and i will make other people aware of their actions, they cant get away with it its discusting and they need stopping!! PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY THATS ALL THEY ARE INTERESTED IN!!!

The first ten minutes the lady was just briefly telling me about the company and what they had to offer me, then a couple of shots was taken. She said i had everything they were looking for and said i produced some good images. Then i was taken into another room where she then told me i had to pay a sum of £750 in order for them to produce a good portfolio for me! Even though i had already taken my own portfolio with me with over 50 proffessional photos in it! She told me i could pay this sum over 3 installments, over 3 months. I was quite taken back by the price as i had not been made aware of any costs what so ever untill now! and this was not just a small fee this is a lot of money! I also felt really pressured by the lady, she said that i had to make the first installment of £250 now! I was given a copy of the A4 sheet i had signed, which i have now had a chance to look at properly and all the terms and conditions are on the back, i was not even presented with these as she only showed me the other side!!! the side which i had to sign! I did not even know they were anything on the back of this sheet!!. Anyway following this she asked me what outfits i had brought as i was told to take 2 outfits, so i showed her what i had brought and she said why dont you just pop that black dress on and we will take a couple of pics in that, so i did, and a few more pics was taken. But bearing in mind she said she could not go ahead and do the proper pics as i had not paid the £250, so i just thought that me putting this dress on was just a few additional pictures. Any way when i got home and had a good think about the costs of the whole thing and how pushy the lady was i decided against it and decided i was going to cancel my next appointment. My next appointment was for the Monday but i called the Thursday before to cancel, this would at least give them a few days notice. I called Project Envy and was put through to Lucy (the lady that went through the assessment with me) anyway when i told her i was no longer going ahead with it and wanted to cancel, she was very rude and said i still had to pay the first payment of £250.00 as they had already started my portfolio and there was no way i could turn back now, i was furious at this point as i had not even agreed to this as that was the whole point i made a further appointment to continue with the photos as i never paid the money on my initial appointment, so i asked why i was liable to pay this cost, she went on to say all the photos had been done on that day and she said i had had 50 photos taken! Which i know is not the case at all, i knew for a fact that they had not taken 50 photos of me! she also went on to say i had used their make-up artist! Which is not true either! I had done all my own hair nad make-up before i went. I tried to explain this was not true in any way and i was even wondering if she had got me muddled up with some one else!! She was adament i had to pay the money, so i had had all this done on my first assessment and i did not even know it! and according to the woman they was on with my portfolio, which i was also unaware of! with how she was talking to me i realised i had been miss led and this was nothing but a SCAM. She went on to say well thankyou for cancelling your appointment 2 minutes before! I said it is THURSDAY today my appointment is MONDAY! she was not even letting me speak, i told her i would not be paying this amount i just could not afford it, she shouted down the phone WE WILL SEE YOU IN COURT and she slammed the phone down! i was so angry at hat she had said and how she had spoken to me, i just knew it was so unproffessional! Then it dawned on me they had taken a pound out of my account so will propable have my details!! I went straight to my computer at work and went on my online banking account, to my horror i had zero funds in my account and so i knew something was pending to come out, i called my bank straight away and was made aware that 3 transactions was pending! 2 lots of £250 and another lot of £100! £600 in total, i was mortified and aked for my card to be cancelled, the bank told me the payments may still go through as they are already pending, and if the payments do go through they will need to fill in some fraud papers. I am waiting now to see wether the payments will still be taken out or not! I cant believe they can do things like this and get away with it, they have probably done this to hundreds of young girls and now i am probably going to be one of them. It is totally wrong how they thing they can just take this kind of money from my account, and for what? if they do get away with this it will be £600 they have taken from me for nothing!! a few pictures, it is discusting and they need stopping!!! I just want to make other people aware so they dont get mis led and drawn in, these kind of companies JUST WANT YOUR MONEY, and will do all they can to get it, i hope this will stop people making the same mistake as i did and save people losing their hard earned money. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT BIG SCAMS!!!
