Placed an order for a LG 42" plasma online. Within minutes of my order I received a phone call from the company offering me more accessories that were not included and also told me there was an additional charge for insurance that was not clear on the website. I immediately looked into the website and read bad reviews so I called the number on their website to cancel my order. I waited for 10 minutes, was tossed around on the phone, then the final person I talked to told me he would not put the money back on my credit card. He also cursed at me and was not a professional at all...he just sounded stupid and desperate for money. I called my credit card company and reported the purchase as fraud and they are investigating the website now.
