Project Lamp Center spent 3 months attempting to deliver a lamp I ordered. The order was placed on 8/11 and was subsequently canceled in early November. I have still not received my refund. I was told directly by two different customer support reps that this was being handled. My girlfriend called back weeks later and was told we had to send an email. We sent the email and have STILL not received our refund. This is a rip-off and completely unacceptable. My assumption is that Projector Lamp Center is assuming that I will not retain legal counsel over 200 dollars. They are probably right. Aside from reporting this to my credit card company as a theft, which it is, and talking to the Better Business Bureau, there is very little I can do to recover this money.

This company needs to be shut down. I have read about 60 reviews and complints of people just like me being taken for money . This cannot be legal but nothing from what I have read and researched is never done to right all of these wrongs
The problem is every thing looks right on the web site...order confirmation, etc. Then no product, no shipment, and no refund. They hang up when you call and I was told by the "manager" I was out 225.00 and it was too bad. He also told me what he does is legal and there is nothing me or anyone else can do to stop him. I feel for all those people in the past, currently, and in the future taken by this con man.

I purchased a projector lamp, with an additional six months of warranty, from this company. After one month of waiting, a substandard product finally came. After a a few months the lamp failed. However, it didn't just burn out. It literally exploded in my projector. The glass went everywhere. I returned the product, but never received a replacement to honor the warranty. Projector Lamp Center is a scam that sells not only a poor product, but their lamps are dangerous.
