We used our debit card to buy a lamp from them. A month later after it didn't arrive we tried calling. No answer. We have never gotten anybody on the phone. We have emailed them numerous times with no response. Finally, we called our bank and reported fraud against them. Our bank reversed the charges, and told us not to be surprised if we now receive the product. Sure enough, about three weeks after charges were reversed we received our product. Well, not the correct product but the wrong product. They then called the bank to get their money since we got our product. We also called the bank and told the fraud department they sent us the wrong part. So we were told to mail it back, with tracking number and signature required, which we did, and they did not accept the package - which by the way cost us almost $20. The bank's fraud department told us they had a hard time dealing with these people also. Wish I would have checked for complaints before ordering. I now tell everyone I know that are looking for replacement bulbs to stay clear of this site.
