After several attempts via phone calls and e mails and faxes there is no response from Prokard

We were so excited to go on holiday for the 1st time in 14yrs and as we were going to stay in Protea hotel Saldana we decided to become Prokard members. So before we joined Prokard we phoned and Prokard confirmes that as we are new members we wont have our Prokard card before we go on holiday but that it wont be a problem - use only the number.
When we tried to book a car at Cape Town Airport at Budget it was a disaster. I phoned Budget on 3/1/2011 at 8h45 and ask for a quotation to be e mailed to me to rent a aircon car til Sunday. When we arrived at Cape town airport the mail hasn't arrive so we had to take a small car no aircon for DOUBLE the price than on the internet price AND we can not get prokard discount because we dont have a card
We are now booked in the Protea Saldanna and I want to know what benefits are there as a NEW prokard member with no card?????
I also phoned this morning 0861119000 and left a message to be phoned back by a consultant, but nothing yet.
