Illegal Charges

FILEFORTUNE.com is a scam. I joined the site for $4.87. This was to be a 1time only bill. As soon as i clicked submit, I got 2 emails from other sites thanking me for joining them. They both charged my account $1for a 3 day trial, with more charges to follow. Now I have been billed $39.73 on my account. All of the charges come from help4bill.com. I call the number, noone answers. I go to customerhelpsupport.com and leave an email for their "live" support, but never get a response.

Scam Company

9MAY2008 - Just to confirm I've also beed duped online by Prolast Limited, Cyprus. A website of theirs advertized a product available on via their site search, but after paying a small membership fee via credit card, that product was incredibly not available.

The links on their webite to complain or even to cancel the membership were Not Working. I then found online a number of other user comments about this scam company. As I already expected, the only solution was to immediately cancel my credit card to block any further charges, which others had unfortunately received and before cancelling their card.

The website and dialog seem very legitimate, and I guess it's a case of knowing Who you're dealing with before giving your credit card details. Absolutely do Not do business with Prolast Limited, Cyprus.
