I agreed with Proline to have them build an outside riding manage in middle of last year. They agreed to commence work prior to Christmas and never turned up. They arrived in 2nd week of January 2009 and commenced work.

The work has been very infrequent - a few hours here and a few there and the owner Mr John Collis cannot now be contacted on the only number I have. 08700 612 555.

I agree that the ground has been wet and unsuitable for some of the time but I have made numerous calls and sent e-mails asking him to contact me.
